Beginning - Intermediate:

Morningstar Music Studio offers voice lessons to students ages 8-Adult.  I have over 35 years working with children’s choir, and private middle/high school students as well as adults. It is so important for young beginning vocal students to learn the fundamentals of singing, and how to properly sing without over-stressing the voice.  Students enjoy learning various warm-ups to achieve a relaxed body, proper enunciation and breathing during a performance.  At Morningstar, it’s about building confidence, performing before an audience,  achieving good vocal habits, singing to your potential, and understanding basic theory to read music. Students will enjoy various genres of music.

 

Advanced Vocal Lessons/Audition Prep:

Morningstar Advanced Lessons focus on vocal technique, music theory and a wide range of repertoire. Voice students are provided  optional performance opportunities. 

Are you in need of some extended rehearsal time with a vocal coach for an upcoming audition/contest?  I can offer lessons designed to work on a specific song focusing on presentation, and vocal quality.

 

Adults:

I have adult students who simply want to sing for enjoyment.  They desire to learn new things, and some are learning to read music for the first time… and having great FUN!  Music offers different things to so many people.  My goal for all my students, is to help them “Discover the Music Inside and Love what they learn”.  Come and join the fun!  If it’s on your bucket list, let’s make it happen!
